JourBid.com is an online platform that connects customers seeking services with service providers through a reverse auction mechanism.
Customers submit service requests and receive quotations from multiple service providers, allowing them to select the most suitable option.
JourBid solely provides a connection platform. JourBid does not directly provide services, is not a party to any contract between customers and service providers, and does not hold or process customer payments.
Article 2. Participants
Participants include:

Article 3. Transaction Process
Step 1
The customer submits a service request.
Step 2
Service providers submit quotations.

The customer selects a suitable service provider.
Step 4
The customer and service provider communicate directly and agree on the service terms and conditions.
Step 5
The customer makes payment directly to the service provider.
Step 6
The customer may leave a review and rating after the service is completed.
Article 4. Rights and Obligations of Customers
Customers have the right to:

Article 6. Dispute Resolution
Customers and service providers are encouraged to resolve disputes through negotiation and mutual agreement.
JourBid may assist by verifying information and providing relevant platform data when appropriate.
If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
Article 7. Effectiveness
These Operating Regulations shall take effect from the date they are published on JourBid.com.
