2. Operating Principles
Customers use JourBid free of charge.
Customers make payments directly to service providers upon completion of the agreed services.
JourBid does not collect, hold, or process payments on behalf of customers.
3. Service Fees
For transactions generated through customer connections made via JourBid, service providers agree to pay JourBid a service fee in accordance with the cooperation agreement between the parties.
The applicable service fee may vary and will be determined based on JourBid's published fee schedule or a separate agreement with each service provider.
4. Reconciliation and Payment
JourBid conducts transaction reconciliation on a monthly basis.
Service providers are responsible for paying all applicable service fees within the payment period specified by JourBid.
5. Policy Violations
JourBid reserves the right to suspend or terminate cooperation with service providers who:
- Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
- Conceal transactions originating from JourBid referrals;
- Fail to fulfill service fee payment obligations;
- Violate platform policies or applicable laws.
6. Policy Updates
JourBid reserves the right to amend or update this Service Fee Policy from time to time.
