When you Book Direct with a provider, the provider will submit their price to the system.
You will then be updated via email and in your Order Management page.
A transaction is only successful when you click "Accept" to confirm it.
On the Order Management page, a button "Send a chat message to the provider" will appear.
If you need more information from the provider, you can message them directly.
If you do not click "Accept" within
24 hours from the time the provider submits their quote,
the booking will be automatically cancelled.
