Visa on Arrival & Pre-Arrival Form Question

Hi everyone,
I'm traveling to Vietnam with a business visa using the Visa on Arrival process, and I'm having trouble completing the pre-arrival form.
The form asks for my visa details, but there isn't an option to select "Visa on Arrival." If I choose "Visa," it requires a visa number, which I don't have yet. I also tried entering the reference number from my visa approval letter, but it says it's invalid.
Has anyone experienced this before? What should I enter in this section?
Also, I figured out the phone number issue—it works correctly on my phone because it automatically fills in the country code based on my passport. The problem only happened when using my laptop.
